What's Included

Initial Assessment

 60 Minutes

  • We’ll start with a full 1:1 virtual assessment where we’ll discuss your medical history, dieting history, eating behaviors, lab work, exercise routine, sleep patterns, stress management, barriers to success, identification of goals, and more.
  • You can expect to leave your first session with a short-term action plan (typically a plan for 2 weeks until we meet next), a long-term vision, comprehensive guides and resources, as well as unlimited text support.

Note: The resources, guidance, and goals will be individualized to meet your individualized needs. Please specify which program you are interested in when signing up!

Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes)

  • After the initial assessment, you will be assigned multiple 30-minute follow up sessions. The number of follow-up sessions vary per person based on their individualized needs and long-term goals.
  • You can expect to leave each follow-up session with an outline of everything we discussed, including key points and action items. You may also leave with additional resources and exercises as well as motivation and support related to the previously established goals.
  • Follow-up sessions can include interactive components such as cooking lessons, virtual grocery store trips, and experiential eating activities.
