Ingredients

  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseed
  • Hemp hearts
  • Ripe banana
  • Sweetened plant milk (almond, coconut, soy, oat)
  • Walnuts (optional)

Directions

  • Mash up 2 ripe bananas
  • Pour 5 tablespoons of chia seed, flaxseed, and hemp heart mix into a mason jar or bowl
  • Pour in sweetened milk until fully covered (about 1 cup)
  • Add a handful of walnuts
  • Mix everything together and leave in fridge overnight
  • Add extra banana slices, peanut butter rim, and walnuts on top and enjoy!
Add some blueberries for some added antioxidants! 🙂
