Ingredients
- Chia seeds
- Flaxseed
- Hemp hearts
- Ripe banana
- Sweetened plant milk (almond, coconut, soy, oat)
- Walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Mash up 2 ripe bananas
- Pour 5 tablespoons of chia seed, flaxseed, and hemp heart mix into a mason jar or bowl
- Pour in sweetened milk until fully covered (about 1 cup)
- Add a handful of walnuts
- Mix everything together and leave in fridge overnight
- Add extra banana slices, peanut butter rim, and walnuts on top and enjoy!
