Watermelon Mojito Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Watermelon (7-8 frozen cubes)– Check out this post to learn how to make watermelon ice cubes! 
  • Mint (4-5 leaves)
  • Strawberry (1/2 cup)
  • 1 Lime (squeezed)
  • Almond Milk (1 cup)
  • Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • Honey (2 Tablespoons)
  • Ice cube tray
  • Blender

Directions

  1. In a blender place fresh watermelon and blend until smooth. Pour watermelon puree into ice cube trays and freeze
  2. Place strawberries, mint, watermelon cubes, and lime in the blender. Then add almond milk, greek yogurt, and honey. 
  3. Add extra water, almond milk, or watermelon puree until desired thickness is achieved.
  4. Blend until desired consistency and enjoy!
Calorie Information: ~360 calories, 5g fat (if using full fat Greek yogurt), 65g carbohydrates, and 15g protein

Ingredients

  • Dandelion (1/4 cup)
  • Swiss chard (1/2 cup)
  • Mixed Greens (1/2 cup)
  • 1 frozen ripe bananas
  • Kiwi (1-2 Kiwi’s)
  • Almond milk (1.5 cup)
  • Spirulina (2 teaspoons)
  • Vanilla protein powder (2 Scoops)
  • Blender

Directions

  1. In a blender place greens, kiwi, and frozen bananas. Then add almond milk, spirulina, and protein powder.
  2. Add extra water or almond milk until desired thickness is achieved.
  3. Blend until desired consistency and enjoy!

  • Almond Milk (1.5 cups)
  • Vanilla protein powder (2 scoops)
  • Blender

Directions

  1. Place all ingredient in a blender.
