Watermelon Mojito Smoothie
Ingredients
- Watermelon (7-8 frozen cubes)– Check out this post to learn how to make watermelon ice cubes!
- Mint (4-5 leaves)
- Strawberry (1/2 cup)
- 1 Lime (squeezed)
- Almond Milk (1 cup)
- Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
- Honey (2 Tablespoons)
- Ice cube tray
- Blender
Directions
- In a blender place fresh watermelon and blend until smooth. Pour watermelon puree into ice cube trays and freeze
- Place strawberries, mint, watermelon cubes, and lime in the blender. Then add almond milk, greek yogurt, and honey.
- Add extra water, almond milk, or watermelon puree until desired thickness is achieved.
- Blend until desired consistency and enjoy!
